Week 8 Challenge



At the beginning of this 8-week journey, you set goals and rewards for meeting those goals.  Now, as the challenge comes to an end, your challenge is to set goals for yourself that will help you continue the healthy habits you have started.  It is also to check in on what you have accomplished throughout the last 8 weeks.  In order to earn your 35 bonus points this week, you must do ALL of the following:

1.  Take an "after" picture.  Do you see the effects of all your hard work?
2.  Review the goals you set at the beginning of the challenge.  How did it go?
3.  Set new goals, and rewards for when the challenge ends, and share them with your team.
